The zerg could just as easily had the ability to 'quickly' regenerate lost health, as they earn hitpoints every second., infact humans regeneration wouldnt have to be even noted, how miniscule it would be. But humans have the 'ability' to regenerate aswell IRL, which i would asume same for most living species.Īlthough diversity for diversitys sake is a valid reason aswell.
